Job Overview:
Oversee full lifecycle of real estate investment projects, from lead generation and acquisition through construction and disposition. Emphasize lead sourcing, sales execution, and delivering high-ROI properties (residential, multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use) on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Opportunity Sourcing
- Identify and generate leads for investment opportunities via networking, broker relationships, market research, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of off-market deals and development sites.
- Conduct initial outreach to sellers, brokers, and partners.
- Assist acquisitions with preliminary due diligence and pitch presentations.
- Project Planning and Feasibility
- Evaluate leads with site due diligence, market analysis, pro formas, and entitlement feasibility.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and cash flow projections tied to returns and sales timelines.
- Secure entitlements, zoning, and permits.
- Execution and Construction Leadership
- Manage construction phases, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
- Oversee bidding, contracts, and vendor selection for cost efficiency and marketability.
- Lead on-site teams, enforce OSHA safety, and ensure code compliance.
- Monitoring, Control, and Risk Management
- Track performance against budget, schedule, ROI, and sales metrics.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business, or Finance (Master’s/MBA a plus).
- 5–10+ years in construction/real estate development, with proven lead generation and sales success.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, LEED AP, CCM, real estate license.
- Strong financial skills (pro formas, Argus, IRR/cap rates) and sales/negotiation expertise.
- Proficient in Procore, Primavera/MS Project, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), Bluebeam/PlanGrid.
- Excellent networking, communication, and deal-closing abilities.
