Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant to join our Treasury & Risk practice. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in Asset & Liability Management (ALM) and experience implementing treasury and risk management platforms for banking or financial services clients.
This role requires a strong mix of consulting, business analysis, stakeholder management, and implementation experience. The consultant will work closely with clients throughout the full project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, training, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements from requirement discovery through solution delivery
- Conduct business requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Analyze client business processes and recommend functional solutions
- Facilitate solution design discussions and prepare functional specifications
- Configure and implement treasury and risk management platforms based on client requirements
- Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders
- Support testing activities including SIT and UAT
- Prepare project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user guides
- Deliver user training sessions and provide post-go-live support
- Assist in issue resolution, troubleshooting, and change requests
- Ensure successful project execution within timelines and quality standards
- Required Domain Knowledge
- Candidates must have hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Asset & Liability Management (ALM)
- Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)
- Liquidity Risk Management
- IFRS9 / Expected Credit Loss (ECL)
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in Functional Consulting, Treasury & Risk, or Banking Technology projects
- Experience implementing vendor products related to Asset Liability Management and Treasury/Risk platforms
- Preferred exposure to platforms such as:
- Workiva
- Murex
- Fusion Risk (Finastra)
- Fusion Kondor
- Calypso
- Ambit Focus / Balance Sheet Manager
- Other Treasury & Risk Management solutions
