Job Overview:

The Junior Executive Assistant will provide professional administrative and organizational support to senior executives in a fully remote work environment. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a minimum of six (6) months of experience in an executive or administrative support role. The position operates on UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities:      

  • Provide full-time administrative support to assigned executive(s)
  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings across UK and international time zones
  • Monitor, organize, and respond to email correspondence as directed
  • Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and internal documents
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documents
  • Assist with travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required
  • Track action items and follow up on pending tasks
  • Support daily operations and assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a Junior Executive Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote, full-time setup
