Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a designer who can consistently produce visuals that are creative, attractive, clear, and effective, while bringing a brand’s message to life across multiple mediums.
You will be working across multiple brands and projects, each with its own distinct identity. The ability to adapt your style and approach to suit different brand guidelines and creative directions is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design compelling visual content for print and digital platforms, including posters, branding assets, and marketing materials
- Translate a variety of brand identities into engaging, high-impact creative outputs
- Develop layouts that are visually balanced, modern, and easy to navigate
- Deliver high-quality work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute design briefs aligned with client goals
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Ability to design from scratch with minimal reliance on templates
- Limited use of external assets (e.g., Envato) is acceptable, but originality is expected
- No reliance on Canva or similar entry-level design platforms
Portfolio Requirements
We are specifically looking for portfolios that demonstrate:
- Posters
- Branding projects
- Digital media
- Strong and creative use of typography
Portfolios should not include:
- Fine art or hand-drawn sketches
- Animation or motion graphics
- 3D design
- Technical drawings (e.g., architectural layouts)
