Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, creative and target-driven Digital Marketing & Talent Sourcing Specialist to support marketing, interpreter recruitment, website updates and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- identify and approach at least 50 potential interpreters per week through social media, direct outreach, community groups, online platforms and professional networks.
- Support recruitment campaigns for rare, urgent and high-demand languages.
- Manage and update company social media pages, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging posts, blogs, case studies and marketing content to promote our services, awards, innovations and social value work.
- Keep company websites updated with accurate, professional and SEO-friendly content.
- Support marketing campaigns for NHS, Local Authority and public sector clients.
- Assist with event promotion, exhibitions and client engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of interpreter leads, outreach activity and campaign results.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including research, reports, presentations and follow-up tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with relevant knowledge of the NHS and Public Sector organisations needs in the UK.
- Confident using social media for marketing and outreach.
- Creative, organised and able to meet weekly targets.
- Generating at 30 new leads (clients, not linguists) per month.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in marketing, recruitment, social media or administration.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in talent sourcing or headhunting.
- Experience in coming up with creative ideas for promoting the business online and via social media.
- Knowledge of SEO, blogging or website content management.
- Creating engaging short videos promoting the business and recruitment strategies
