We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Senior Motion Designer & Editor to lead the creation of engaging motion graphics and video content across digital, social, paid media, and broadcast platforms. This role is responsible for transforming concepts into compelling visual stories, managing projects from initial ideation through final delivery, and maintaining exceptional creative standards that align with brand and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the concepting, design and execution of high-quality motion graphics and video content
- Edits video content into dynamic, story-driven sequences aligned to brand, campaign and audience objectives
- Delivers work across multiple channels including digital, social, paid media and broadcast-ready formats
- Partners with producers to manage the full production lifecycle, from concept through to final delivery
- Maintains exceptional creative and technical standards, ensuring all outputs meet brand and quality guidelines
- Brings strong creative instinct and visual storytelling capability, including rhythm, pacing and music selection
- Collaborates closely with cross-functional creative teams and engages directly with clients to interpret briefs and feedback
- Adapts quickly to change, managing revisions and production challenges efficiently
- Actively explores new tools, techniques and AI-driven workflows to enhance creative output and efficiency
- Contributes positively to team culture, collaboration and creative leadership within the studio
