Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and qualify a strong sales pipeline across security and infrastructure solutions.
In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, engaging with IT and security decision-makers and converting well-researched prospects into qualified meetings.
The ideal candidate is not simply focused on high-volume calling. You should be able to research target accounts, identify relevant business and technical challenges, use AI tools to improve productivity, and have meaningful conversations with technical buyers rather than relying on scripted pitches.
You will play a key role in identifying high-potential opportunities, qualifying prospects, and creating valuable connections that support the company’s overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build target account lists against our ICP and research each account before the first touch
- Write and run personalized, multi-touch outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and events, and route or disqualify them honestly
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives against a monthly quota
- Keep CRM data accurate and current as you work, not as a cleanup task later
- Use AI tools to speed up research, writing, and personalization, and document how you used them
- Share outbound and call feedback with marketing so messaging keeps improving
- Participate in call reviews and adjust your approach based on what the data shows
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years in an SDR, BDR, or equivalent outbound sales role
- A track record of building your own account research and messaging, not just working assigned lists
- Comfort holding a real conversation with technical buyers such as CISOs, IT Directors, or Security Engineers about a real problem
- Hands-on experience with outbound sequencing and CRM tools including ZoomInfo, Clay AI, Hubspot,
- Instantly, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Orum.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, GPT, Gemini for research, writing, or personalization, and a habit of explaining how you used them
- Ownership of your own number: you can explain what worked, what did not, and why, without blaming the list or the tool
- Strong written English, since most first-touch outreach is written
Required
- Prospecting & Data : ZoomInfo, Clay AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- AI Tools Any AI assistant used such as Claude, GPT, Gemini for research, personalization, or drafting, with a habit of documenting how it was used
- Domain Exposure Prior exposure to cybersecurity, cloud, identity, or networking sales is a plus
- CRM & Sequencing : HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Instantly
